shall i comfort you?

choi han seong (on the phone speaking to han yoo joo): they (referring to eun chan and han kyul) like each other
han yoo joo: should i comfort you?

--> grabe, panalong linya! ahaha. just bought a copy of coffee prince (pirated, whaddeyaexpect) last saturday and i've watched up to episode 10. it's been a really interesting story, and i can't say i'm not moved by the characters. there are love triangles, and one person in that triangle is involved in another triangle. most every character in the story is involved with someone romantically. and up to now, i still am maintaining that choi han seong is better for go eun chan. and what a revelation for him. initially, the cousins (choi han seong and han kyul) are into the same person (han yoo joo) but the former got her, while the latter has been loving unrequitedly. in the case of eun chan, both are in love with her, but han kyul has the keys to her heart. ah.. terrible. han yoo joo was so accomodating and understanding when she said that line above. heartbreaking moment...

it's my first time to apply as a student assistant and i start tomorrow. will be making a number of fruit juices for the study of ma'am acevedo. 8 am tomorrow, up to when the production finishes (around 5 batches per day or 100 pouches in all). this'll be my first non-academic FT-related activity ever. hopefully, i could still get to play on wednesday and friday. and on saturday and sunday, i'll be going on a climb (my first ever!) to mt. daguldol with ate joyce, ruby, mia and some other acquaintances of the sisters. i'm excited! of course, i'll have my pay from the SA job that i could spend. waha! that's so great. although my ankle is not. but anyhow, this is a great opportunity.

aimee mann's save me

This song captured my mood, what should have been the ending to yesterday’s encounters. And then it also brought light on one other thing that I think is what is possibly happening in my life. Melancholy is anyone’s best friend. Though it is unhealthy, it brings something new to your existence. From up, down you go. You may shun company. It’s that sort of newness I’m talking about. And it makes you think. And that despite and in spite of all the things that need to be done, you know that you don’t have time to think. But then here I am typing away my thoughts, thinking…

From listening to the song, I thought of something to do about one current situation. Something I haven’t as yet narrated in this space. I’m thinking, maybe, it’ll be something for me to gain inspiration from. Anyway, here’s the song. It’s Save Me by Aimee Mann.

You look like a perfect fit
For a girl in need of a tourniquet

But can you save me
Come on and save me
If you could save me
From the ranks of the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone

'Cause I can tell
You know what it's like
The long farewell of the hunger strike

But can you save me
Come on and save me
If you could save me
From the ranks of the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone

You struck me dumb like radium
Like Peter Pan or Superman

You will come to save me
C'mon and save me
If you could save me
From the ranks of the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone
'Cept the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone
But the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone

C'mon and save me
Why don't you save me
If you could save me
From the ranks of the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone

Except the freaks
Who suspect they could never love anyone
Except the freaks who could never love anyone

...

Lack of sleep tends to make one surly. Though it was not a nice thought especially after having a memorable night with friends, celebrating for which includes one of the company turning a year older, thus leading to less than three hours of sleep, none of the events of the night seemed to have remained as the only thing that I was thinking on that day was that I need sleep, and damn you if you can’t see that.

(didn't finish it... gave way to sleep)
